Our team provides rapid evaluation, stabilization, diagnostic testing, and treatment. If a higher level of care is needed, we coordinate safe, timely transfers to specialty hospitals via ground or air transport. Thanks to the generous support of the Liberty Rotary Club, we also have an on-site helipad for critical airlift situations.

Laboratory Services
At Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center, our fully equipped laboratory provides fast, reliable diagnostic services with a focus on accuracy. Our team of skilled professionals is available Monday through Friday, with 24/7 emergency services through the Emergency Department for urgent needs.
We offer a range of lab capabilities, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, and more.
Pre-admission testing is available for procedures to assess your health before surgery or treatment. Our staff will guide you through the process, including blood tests and other diagnostics, ensuring your physician has the necessary information to proceed.
You can access your lab results through your patient portal or request them from our medical records department. Results can also be sent to your referring physician for timely follow-up care.
