This past weekend, we hosted a Crawfish Boil to honor the incredible team members who are the heartbeat of our hospital. From nurses and techs to administrative staff and custodians, every role matters, and every person brings something special to the care we provide.
There was laughter, music, plenty of sunshine, and yes, heaping trays of fresh, spicy crawfish. It was a moment to unwind, connect, and simply enjoy being together outside the walls of the hospital.
But behind the fun was a deeper message: thank you. Thank you for showing up for this community with dedication and heart. Thank you for choosing to serve, even when the days are long. And thank you for reminding us all why local care matters, because it’s rooted in relationships.
To our team: you are what makes Liberty Dayton strong, steady, and full of heart. This boil was for you, and we hope every bite reminded you how appreciated you are.
